Reflexology treatments
Reflexology is a complementary medicine therapy that works on the feet & hands to help restore balance in the body, relieve pains, and help the body heal.

It can be difficult for babies, children, or even adults to express how they are feeling or explain the pain. Reflexology will help pinpoint the source of the pain and imbalance. Through massaging pressure points on the feet, your body will regain the strength, balance, and endurance to heal itself.
How long is a treatment?
Reflexology treatments generally last 45 minutes long. Your first treatment will include an initial consultation; therefore, the length of the first treatments varies. I cannot give you an exact amount of treatments you will need because everyone situation and person is unique. Reflexology is a process.

Can reflexology help me?
Reflexology is an incredible tool that will help restore balance in your body. Our bodies want to feel good, be healthy, and be happy. For whatever reason, our bodies fall out of balance and we become ill. Reflexology is that little reminder to your body that it can heal itself. Sometimes we need that little nudge to help us move forward.

What can reflexology help with?
Reflexology has many physical and emotional benefits. Reflexology helps relieve digestive system pains, alleviates migraines, releases tension in the muscles, relieves teething pains in babies, improves the nervous system, relieves pain from ear infections, increases blood flow, helps balance hormones, relieves symptoms of colic, and much more. Additionally, reflexology gives the support, comfort, and security that we all need. Reflexology is suited for all ages.

Stress & Tension Release:
A relaxing, calming, and soothing reflexology treatment releases
stress, anxiety, and tension that builds up in our bodies. Our
world moves at such a fast pace and while we try to catch up, we
frequently fall behind. The constant need to move at lightning
speed, the pressure to do everything perfectly, and the stresses
of the current state can pay a toll on the body. We have learned
to throw all of our problems on to our --insert: where you feel
the tension in your body-- and we tell ourselves we will deal
with it later. The longer we "forget" about it, the stronger the
tension gets.

You owe it to yourself to pause and take a step back, invest in your wellbeing, and release the stress and tension that is building up.

Migraine & Headache Relief:
The lovely (read sarcastically) thing about migraine is that it is so popular! Everyone wants to be the cause. Migraine or headaches can be a result of hormonal imbalances, tight neck/upper back muscles, problems in the eyes, depression, stress, dehydration, medications, insomnia, food allergies or intolerances, poor diet, PMS, low blood sugar, etc. Whatever the cause may be, reflexology can help get to the source and relieve you of the pain. Reflexology can alleviate pain caused by chronic, tension, cluster, or menstrual migraines and the symptoms that accompany them.

Hormonal Imbalances:
Reflexology can help regulate your hormone levels. The endocrine system is extremely vital and controls many of our body's important functions.
Some endocrine system disorders and hormonal imbalances include: Hypo/hyperthyroidism, diabetes, sexual dysfunction, growth hormone problems, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), early puberty, adrenal gland disorders, menstrual-related headaches, irregular menstrual cycles, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), infertility, osteoporosis, menopausal symptoms, fatigue, mood swings, skin problems, and unfortunately many more.

Back Pain & Muscle Tension:
Let reflexology help release all that muscle tension you are holding inside your body. Whether the pain is from a sports injury, pulled muscle, stiff neck, back spasms, sciatica, or joint pains, reflexology can help alleviate your aches and pains.
Pregnancy & Postpartum:
Reflexology can be very beneficial throughout all the stages of pregnancy, as well as, during the postpartum period. During pregnancy, many women experience hormonal imbalances, back pain, hip/joint pain, general aches and pains, morning sickness, fatigue, acid reflux, insomnia, stress, headaches, swelling, constipation, and/or diarrhea.
Postpartum can be as equally (if not more) stressful. Many women experience a range of symptoms during the postpartum period. It is extremely important to keep up self-care and "me-time". Caring for a newborn is a blessing but can be overwhelming at times. To fully care for another you must fully care for yourself.

Eliminate Toxins & Lymphatic Drainage:
Reflexology will help blood and lymph flow better and drain clogged pathways to help eliminate the accumulated toxins in your body.
The lymphatic system is a network of lymphatic vessels that go all throughout your body. It drains fluid (lymph) that has leaked from the blood vessels and puts it back into the bloodstream via the lymph nodes. It is a part of the immune system and helps the body get rid of toxins and waste. The fluid, called lymph, contains white blood cells that are crucial in fighting infections.
Signs your lymphatic system may need some TLC: Swelling, bloating, enlarged lymph nodes, cold hands and feet, chronic fatigue, stiffness in the morning, weak digestive system, and/or acne.
Reflexology will help strengthen the lymphatic system, get the flow moving, and help release any unwanted toxins and waste in the body!

Metamorphic Technique:
This technique focuses on the spinal reflexes of the feet, hands, and head. The spinal reflexes correspond to the 9 months of gestation. As well as developing all of the organs, senses, and bodily functions, the experiences of the mother and father are absorbed and ingrained into the developing and ambitious fetus. Each month of gestation is connected to a behavioral pattern. If there is some sort of trauma or unusual experience for the mother or baby, behavioral patterns (related to that month) can develop in the child. These patterns can continue into adulthood if never resolved. Through this technique, those deeply ingrained behavioral patterns that are mentally, physically, and emotionally blocking you, will finally be released and will help you move forward.
